As part of the Ethics and Compliance team, the data analytics Senior Associate is responsible for identifying and developing business solutions that would help improve operational processes across many Ethics & Compliance areas. These solutions could be in the form of overseeing the development of informational reports or enhancements to Ethics & Compliance systems.
Main requirements:
SQL skills (can extract data from a database or a data mart);
Strong analytical skills (can use excel, alteryx or other tools to make sense out of large datasets;
Power BI skills (or other data visualization tools, having exposure to some other tool like Tableau means they can learn Power BI quickly);
Are naturally curious;
Can quickly learn new tools and skills
